They are ten blind or visually impaired adults living with mental health disorders. For more than ten years, they have been sharing an appartment and living semi-autonomously. One day, they embark on an unexpected adventure : ballet. Little by little, they overcome their fears, and alongside Julien Lestel, a former danser with the Opéra de Paris, and his dance company, they develop their own personal style and create original dances.

Building on these workshops, the director, in collaboration with a foley artist, brings the touch and movement of bodies to life through sound. A way to « seeing with your ears » as weel. In a manner that is at once joyful, sensory and political, the film celebrates the power of difference and art as a space for connection, empowerment and exchange.
