Ten adults with visual disabilities and mental health issues take up dancing under the guidance of a choreographer and his dancers. As rehearsals progress, each participant overcomes their fears and develops their own style. To convey to viewers the unique physical experience of these apprentice dancers, the film uses sound narration to shift the perspective of sighted viewers.
